Characteristic of high frequency Fe-Si-Cr motor material by selective laser melting

摘要 In this work, the selective laser melting (SLM) of the three-dimensional (3D) printing was used in the high-temperature process and introduced to manufacture the motor component with the soft magnetic composite (SMC) structure in the experiment. Since the oxide layer of the powder in a proper thickness had been formed, a competitive three-dimensional SMC structure, which has a better performance than traditional silicon steel sheet, was created; further, it is worth of noted that such a process possesses the characteristic of soft magnetic composite in high frequency.
